John’s journey started whilst on holiday in the Dominican Republic where he completed his Open Water (this was the first and last time that his wife saw him read a book on holiday!).
After a couple of month’s back in the UK he felt the need to get back into the water, where he then completed his PADI Advanced Open Water Diver at Stoney cove and also PADI Rescue Diver certification.
Due to a young family he had to stop scuba diving, Now the young family is older and after a number of family holidays doing the occasional dives he quickly got the bug again.
John found HDC back in Jun 2017 and started his professional diving, he has now completed the PADI Divemaster Course, and then back in 2023 becoming a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI), in August 2024 become a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT)
