Having often seen scuba diving being taught in swimming pools in warm sunny holiday destinations I was intrigued but never got around to trying it.
Being notoriously difficult to buy a gift for my family got me a discover scuba diving session with HDC one Christmas.
From the moment I put my head under the water and took my first breath, I was sold, five years later I passed my dive master certification giving me the chance to help others discover this amazing sport.
Favourite dive site: Stoney Cove Leicestershire, I learned to dive there and never tire of it.
